DivERP

DivERP is RunCode’s business software for dive centres. It runs the whole centre from one place: bookings, the day’s departures, the money, the guests’ paperwork, the messages and the courses. It works for a single dive centre or a group of them, from the front desk or the phone.
Nine areas share one sign-in. Guests never need an account: a link in a message, a booking widget on the centre’s own website or a QR code on the counter is all they touch. DivERP is live at diverp.com.
Features
- Front desk: an enquiry worked to a booking, the booking and its money, the availability board, the guests, the cash drawer and online payments.
- Operations: the day’s departures published into trips and manifests, dispatch and the ratio, dive sites, boats, vehicles, equipment and maintenance.
- Finance: invoices, credit and debit notes, the costs of a chartered boat shared between centres, and who owes whom.
- Training: courses as items you sell, the student’s record, and the certification issued at the end.
- Marketing: the creators and agencies you work with, what each agreed to deliver, the content found, and what they are owed.
- Comms: one inbox for email, SMS, WhatsApp and Telegram, dive-day groups, and message templates Meta has approved.
- Catalogue: activities, courses, packages, add-ons, rental and retail, with prices, tax and vouchers.
- Assistant: a guest assistant that answers on WhatsApp, Telegram and the centre’s website from what you told it, and books when asked.
- Administration: businesses, branches and locations; people, roles and permissions; tax; API keys, webhooks and integrations; the audit trail.

Benefits
- Nothing for guests to install: the booking widget holds the seat while the guest pays, a payment link doubles as a QR code, medical declarations and waivers are signed by one-time code on the guest’s phone, and every guest gets a single page with their booking, balance and forms.
- Works with what the centre already uses: WhatsApp, Messenger, Instagram, Telegram, email and SMS land in one inbox; Razorpay and UPI take the money; Google sign-in for staff; a WordPress plugin puts the widget and forms on the existing website; Zoho Books receives receipts and invoices as they happen; webhooks and API keys cover the rest.
- Runs on the phone, works on the boat: DivERP installs on a phone like an app and does everything the desk does, so the day runs from wherever the team is.
- Start free, grow into the rest: a free plan covers front desk, departures, catalogue and cash; Starter adds the day, comms, guest forms and online payments; Pro adds the assistant, courses, campaigns, vouchers and Zoho Books; Enterprise runs a group of businesses with branches, rosters, equipment and tickets.

Use cases
- Single dive centre: one team runs bookings, departures, money and guests from the counter or the phone, with no spreadsheets in between.
- Group of centres: branches under one business share a plan, split the cost of a chartered boat, and let the owner see who owes whom across locations.
- Dive schools: courses sold as catalogue items, each student’s progress tracked, and the certification issued at the end.
- Centres working with creators and agencies: campaigns, agreed deliverables, the content actually published, and payouts tracked in one place.
